2. Choose who you trust

Trusted contacts sit at the heart of QuietGuard. This keeps the system easy to understand because the main question stays simple: who should still be able to reach you?

Family, friends and key contacts can be marked as trusted.
Trusted people can still get through when protection is active.
This makes the phone feel calmer without cutting off important connection.

3. Turn protection on

When protection is active, QuietGuard silences non-trusted calls without blocking them — they stay logged and visible when you choose to review them.

Trusted numbers ring through normally.

4. Add optional tools
