For banks, GP surgeries, pharmacies, schools, councils and delivery firms whose real calls go unanswered.
Why your calls aren't being answered
QuietGuard lets only the people someone trusts ring their phone. Everyone else is kept quiet. That stops scam calls, but it also means a call from a number they don't know, even yours, doesn't ring.
How Approved numbers works
You apply and tell us the numbers you call your customers or patients from.
We check the numbers really are yours: from your documents, and by calling you back through your public switchboard.
Your numbers appear in QuietGuard's Approved numbers list, marked "Verified by QuietGuard".
People choose whether to add your number to their trusted list, with one tap. Nobody's address book leaves their phone.
What we ask of you
- List only numbers you really call out from.
- Tell us straight away if a number changes or is misused, so we can take it off everyone's list.
- Never ask people for PINs, passwords or full card details on these calls.
What you pay for
A yearly subscription for checking your numbers and keeping your listing up to date. You're only charged once we've checked your numbers. It renews each year and you can cancel at any time; your numbers then come off the list at the end of the paid year.
You don't pay for a higher place in the list, and no listing is shown as "safer" than another. Charged by Controlled Systems Group Ltd, the company behind QuietGuard. Prices on request.
Being listed doesn't mean people will let your calls through. We check your numbers and show them in the list; each person decides for themselves whether to trust your number.
Approved numbers is being built now. Apply today and we'll check your numbers before it opens.
